St David's College is a Catholic 6th form provider located in Cardiff. Following the succesful delivery of a number of previous projects, Studio Lime were appointed to undertake a masterplan for the long term redevelopment of the site.

The proposals included:
- a new STEM block for the teaching on science and engineering course,
- a new sports hall,
- remodelled arrival and bus drop off facilities,
- improved external circulation and student social areas.
The woeks will now be delivered over the next 7 years.
