Studio LIME have recently completed the technical design for a 4th floor roof extension to an existing office building in Southwark.

The Victorian building was originally constructed as a warehouse and presented a number of technical challenges for the Architects and consulting engineers, Curtins to overcome.

The completed extension will provide approx. 200 square meters of office space and a new roof terrace with views over The Shard and London Bridge Station. The project is due for completion in early 2018.
