Studio Lime have secured planning approval for a new development on the historic high street of Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The project sees the restoration of a Grade II listed 16th century merchants house and shop.

In the courtyard to the rear, a derelict terrace of 17th century cottages and a 19th century coach house are to be restored and converted to form a new family home, plus apartments.
